Quail Creek State Park, St. George, UT. The air and water temperature this time of year averages between 70-75 degrees. The swim is a triangle swim of 750 Meters for the Sprint and the Olympic does this twice for 1500 Meters. Transitioning out of the water you will run up the boat ramp around 50 yards and then ride an out-and-back route near Hurricane Utah. The bike course has a few climbs but with that some down hill rides with it. The run course is an out and back heading South on the exit. Sprint will turn around at 1.55 Miles for a return trip of 3.1 Miles and Olympic will do the Sprint distance twice totalling 6.2 Miles.
