Legacy Midnight Night

July 27 @ 8:00 pm - July 28 @ 1:00 am

Half Marathon - 10K - 5K

In 2011 On Hill Events created the first of the glow stick runs with the Legacy Midnight Run. This was the first of the midnight run races on the Legacy Parkway Trail System. The concept is to run under a full moon at night with glow sticks and attempt to beat the midnight hour. The goal is to beat the midnight Though all medals are high end flashing medals we still encourage all racers to attempt to beat the midnight hour and finish with a great time.

The Legacy race finishes at the Davis County Fairgrounds and inside one of their exhibit buildings. The building is full of lights and sounds from black lights, flashing ice cubes in the coolers, glow stick cotton candy, dance lighting and lazers. It is a great way to finish and have a blast with other runners along the way.

The Provo race finishes behind some hotels on the Provo River Parkway decorated with lights, music and fun.

For those afraid of running at night we supply all runners with glow sticks to run with and the course is lit with lighting of the moon and from the roads. Both courses are primarily closed (99%) for safety. We do encourage runners to wear head lamps however most will run without them.

Bear Lake Brawl Triathlon

September 15 @ 6:30 am - 5:30 pm
Bear Lake, 940 North Bear Lake Boulevard
Garden City, UT 84028 United States
+ Google Map

In 2006 the Bear Lake Brawl Triathlon was established. It is the original and only triathlon in Bear Lake currently. Organized and race directed by On Hill Events an experienced Race Director with over 140 races of experience. This race has 12 years of experience in its history without cancellation or course leg cancellation. We term the Half 70 1/3 and Full 140 2/3 to describe the full and half courses. In 2016 we were able to make the full and half the standard distances of Half 1.2 Mile Swim, 56 Mile Bike, 13.1 Run and Full 2.4 Mile Swim, 112 Mile Bike, and 26.2 Mile Run.

In 2017 we were excited to move our race to Bear Lake Hot Springs near St. Charles Idaho. Though it is primarily in Idaho 3 of the 4 courses go into Utah. In 2018 we elected to have all 4 distances on one day making for a larger event. We have worked out a great layout to help reduce overlapping of the 4 courses. Generally speaking the Sprint will be done prior to the Bike on the Half and Full will be around the lake.

Blood Run

October 13 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Blood Run Course

The Blood Run starts and finishes at the Scotsman Center in Mountain Green, Utah. This is just 10 Minutes East of Ogden and Layton up Weber Canyon. The perfect thing about the Scotsman Center is it is near an old unmaintained country paved road. Along this road are trees and bushes perfect zombies to hide. On the course runners will find dead and undead zombies. You will never know which is the undead from the dead until they grab you. The undead will have red hands dipped in diluted red latex paint to help let us know you have been touched by them. This will also give your shirt a touch of color. This race is set to have you run in small groups or by yourself. We will put people on the course one per 10 seconds to help you feel more alone.

WARNIING: THIS IS A FULL CONTACT RACE. THIS MEANS THE ZOMIES WILL BE ALOUD TO TOUCH YOU. BY DOING THIS RACE YOU ARE GIVING CONSENT FOR THEM TO TOUCH YOU. (They will strive to not touch your personal parts to save them for future zombies not at this race.)
