We are excited to announce a unique ski experience with a culinary twist with our friends at Alta, Gold Miner’s Daughter, Deep Powder House and Shallow Shaft!

9am-3:30pm Free Salomon Ski Demo at the base of Collins. Sneak peek next year’s gear and learn why Alta is known as “Salomon Country.”

3:30pm-5:30pm Apres Party at Gold Miner’s Daughter. Meet the author of Alpine Cooking, Meredith Erickson, and try out traditional alpine drinks from her New York Times acclaimed cookbook. This will be on the 3rd floor of Gold Miner’s. The cost is $30.00 for a three drink flight and includes beer. Tickets will be sold onsite at the Gold Miner’s front desk.

6:30-9:30pm Exclusive dinner and wine pairing event at Shallow Shaft restaurant hosted by Meredith Erickson and Shallow Shaft. The meal will be alpine inspired with a signature Alta twist and every guest will receive a free Alpine Cooking book from Meredith! Cost is $75.00 and includes the book. 65 seats available. You must rsvp for this event via the link below. You will not be charged until the event.
