Meet at the brewery and be ready to take off by 6:00ish. The “summer route” is a mostly flat loop that goes down the rail trail, under Kearns, winds through Park Meadows, and ends up back at the brewery. It’s just under 4 miles. If 4 miles sounds a bit daunting, no worries! You can cut off the loop early and do a shorter 2-mile option.

This is not a race.

We have people of all speeds and fitness levels. Once the trails above the brewery are dry, we will often have a trail option as well. Doggos are always welcome!

Meet back at the brewery afterward and enjoy all sorts of fresh biers and free food on us. It’s a great way to get your heart rate up, meet new folks, and just have a fun time.

We’re planning on having live music from 6:30-7:30 most nights as well as different food options each week.

We also hope to have a few shoe demos throughout the summer with fun prizes galore.
