Salt Lake City, UT. Join us for a timed 5K fun run with (or without) your dogs,from Capitol Hill through Memory Grove to help homeless pets right here in Utah. Proceeds benefit the animals at Best Friends Animal Society! We have extra goodies for the first 200 humans and 100 dogs who sign up!

All ages and fitness levels welcome. Dogs encouraged, but not required!

Course description: The timed 3.1-mile run/walk starts at the intersection of Bonneville Blvd and East Capitol Boulevard at 500 North. Participants run or walk on Bonneville Blvd to the top of 11th Avenue at the corner of B Street, then turn around and proceed back down Bonneville Blvd. At the far north curve of Bonneville Blvd, participants will turn down Canyon Road and follow it into Memory Grove Park. Volunteers and signage will be there help guide you.

Water: Water will be provided on the course and at the finish line for people and dogs.

Course support: Volunteers and staff will be available for guidance and assistance. Spectators are welcome at the start and finish!
