The Mountain Meltdown 5K

This event covers just over five kilometers of stairs, tracks, and trails that athletes push, pedal, and run. The Utah Olympic Park offers just over 900ft elevation gains which we will add five “quick” and “simple” Classic CrossFit WODs. These treats will lovingly be sprinkled throughout your course to ruin… err… increase your pleasure response.
