The Envis Race 10K

Soldier Hollow, Midway, UT. One of the hardest 10K races you’ll ever do! Throughout the course you’ll have to stop and do Exercises. Example: 33 sit-ups or 11 burpees or 22 push-ups or 22 body squats. As soon as you finish your exercises, you just keep on running to your next stop. Run it Solo or as a Team of 2.
